1. This Cashback offer is open to GasSafe registered engineers only.
2. The following Sime boiler models only qualify: Combination: Murelle EV HE 25/30/35, System: Murelle EV HE 12/20/25/30/35, Storage: Murelle EV HE 25/55 & 30/55
3. Only boilers installed and notified via the online GasSafe Gas Work Notification scheme, OR directly with Sime between 1st April and 30th September 2010 inclusive, qualify
4. Engineers MUST tick the box online to say they are happy for the warranty information to be passed to Sime UK Limited, in order to validate claims
5. Price / contract supported installations do not qualify.
6. £50 Cashback offer is limited to one claim per installer
7. Sime UK Limited endeavour to dispatch £50 cheques within 14 days of receiving valid claims and will post directly to installer business / home address specified
8. Cut off date for any claims is the 14th October 2010
9. Sime UK Limited accepts no responsibility for claims not received, or incomplete/incorrect claims made, in relation to this offer.
10. Responsibility for making the appropriate benefit-in-kind tax declarations to the Inland Revenue for Cashback received as a result of this offer rests solely with the claimant.
11. Sime UK Limited reserves the right to reject any claim made in relation to this offer.
12. Sime UK Limited reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time, without prior notice.

10 Year Warranty – Terms & Conditions

You will be pleased to know that the Murrele Range comes with a 10-year parts and labour guarantee, for total peace of mind. To ensure that your customer’s boiler is registered with us and that they enjoy the benefits of this extended warranty period, it’s important you follow the below:

• To validate the guarantee, you must be a GasSafe registered engineer and must also notify them of this installation through their online Gas Works Notification process and tick the box to say you are happy for the information to be passed to Sime UK. Your customer will then receive a building regulations compliance certificate and/or a declaration of safety certificate after the work has been completed.
• The boiler must be installed in accordance with the Benchmark installation procedure and must also comply with standard guidelines for flushing and cleansing
• In order for this unique 10-year parts and labour guarantee to apply, the boiler must be serviced on an annual basis. Please ensure that the completed service record booklet is kept up-to date and in a safe place by the customer for future reference.
